Ted Atchley - Fantasy Author

Hope forged in high-stakes fantasy

A software engineer by day and a high school robotics coach by heart, Ted Atchley crafts high-adventure stories that respect the reader’s boundaries. Diving deep into the human spirit, Ted provides a haven for those exhausted by the saturation of grimdark cynicism, and explicit romantasy. He builds worlds for those who still believe heroes can change the world. Whether exploring neon-soaked cyberpunk alleys or the strange lands of a fantasy realm, Ted’s mission is consistent: to prove that even the most overlooked outcast has a purpose. His protagonists are heroes who refuse to let the world break them, even as they battle the burden of perfectionism and confront the internal shadow within. Ted’s narratives move beyond the struggle, guiding characters toward a redemptive return to find their true worth. When he isn't building worlds or robots, you can find him in South Carolina cheering for the Carolina Panthers with his family and his two rescue cats, Omega and Shuri.
